FAQs - Everything about the Impulse Summit
Will the event take place with the current situation?
Under the current regulations of the Swiss Federal Council, we are planning to host the Impulse Summit and continue the organizational work as planned. We will keep all our participants updated on possible adaptions as well as guidelines.
When does the Impulse Summit take place?
The Impulse Summit will take place on the 29th & 30th of October 2020 in Rorschach, Switzerland. Our Challenger Program, which is mandatory for all Challenger, already starts on the 27th and the activities will be held mainly in St. Gallen and surroundings.
Where am I as a Challenger accommodated?
All Challengers will be accommodated in private apartments across the city.
Do I have to prepare for the Summit?
The Challenger Day aims to prepare the participating Challengers for the Impulse Summit. During that day the Challengers will work in workshops on different tasks and will be coached by experts.
Please note that the Challenger Day, as well as the Swiss Experience Day, is compulsory for all Challengers.
What should I bring?
Please bring your laptop with you. All the other working materials will be provided by the Sports Business Club.
Do I have to arrange my travel vise?
Being able to enter Switzerland and pay for the visa expenses are tasks of the Challengers themselves.
What is the dress code?
How do I figure out my travel situation?
Once we have selected you as a challenger, we will inform you about your travel process. As we cover your costs, we ask that you refrain from booking a trip without our instructions.
Is there a Code of Conduct at the Impulse Summit?
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.
